REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Marketing is preferred.
- 2-3 years of directly related work experience in marketing campaign planning and execution across digital channels.
- Experience in retail, client management, or agency work would be advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create project schedules and timelines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of core marketing channels, including but not limited to digital (including email, web, social, and mobile) and mass media.
- Strong creative brief writing skills, as well as the ability to articulate objectives and business challenges effectively and provide feedback to Creative Development teams
- Ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategies and campaign optimizations.
- Strong presentation skills.

ROLE OF THE EMPLOYEE
- Own creative briefing of promotion concept and how it will come to life in various support channels, including AMRP digital channels and external media – collaborating with internal creative teams and external agency partners to execute.
- Manage daily communication and collaboration with Partner teams from the start of the campaign to the end of the campaign.
- Collaborate with various Analytics teams on developing a measurement strategy and establishing appropriate tracking mechanisms to assess promotion effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budget elements related to planned marketing support for each promotion, such as cost tracking and invoice reconciliation.
- Support the creation, communication, and coordination of large status meetings, as well as other communication tools, to keep Partner and internal stakeholder teams up to date on the latest Campaign developments and opportunities.
- Contribute to the annual marketing planning process in terms of campaigns and process areas for cross-functional collaboration.
- Deliverables communication and external vendor booking.
- Create and manage project schedules and deliverables on an ongoing basis.
